Reaper's Mark recharge time is still bugged. Until I get official news of the nerf it's bugged. Latest nerf to it says recharge should be 12 seconds as of 2 updates ago it is 15 seconds.

I just checked my account on PlayNC and it seems i have been billed for the preorder 3 times even though the online store kept coming up with the error 179 i think about a server timeout which i assumed meant it didn't process.

It told me that the transaction failed 3 times... I got mad and closed GW. When I returned to the shop it said that had already purchased the pre-order pack... it better not have billed me more than once -_-

Check your account on PlayNC,it will tell you all your billing information.Thats how i found i had been billed 3 times for it.
